Advocating for #Hear4U and the beautiful Gisborne Community

Gisborne

"Well, my mind is made up and I’m off on another adventure. I’m thinking it is just another bike ride, Cape Reinga to Bluff. I look at it, one day at a time and it doesn’t look that bad.

It’s just a matter of riding 100kms a day for 30 days, doesn’t sound that bad. Cause in my head I’m going to have sunny days, tail winds and a different flavoured pie every day. Yep, I’m going to join the ‘Aotearoa Tour’ I am thinking its full of like-minded people who aren’t afraid of trying something, even if its raining. The ride to me is about finding yourself, seeing what you do and can do with the power of your mind. Believe me the mind is very powerful, so while I’m riding along, I really want to help others in some way. So why not find a way to help others by making it a fundraiser ride. That way while I’m riding from town to town to grab a pie and a cold drink, others can join the journey with me by following my orange dot travelling along the Aotearoa tour map.

That’s when I met 2 amazing ladies from ##Hear4U after talking with them for about an hour, sharing stories, I knew that I so needed to get on board here, ride and make this happen So, while my wheels are turning, we need donations flowing. Just think 1cent for every km I ride is

worth $30. That’s only a box of beers. So, if you want to help make a difference, try donating a ‘box’. The more ‘boxes’ we get the bigger the result we get".
