Help us create Period Equity in Aotearoa
We're donating period products across Aotearoa, and we need your help to get more products into more hands.
Auckland
Thanks to our Strategic Partners, The Warehouse, and UbyKotex, we're able to bulk purchase period products at a discount, meaning your donations to us go even further.
Every dollar you donate ensures The Period Place is able to donate period products, through either our Impact Partnership Programme, or to individuals who reach out and ask for support.
Our Impact Partners (foodbanks, health services, marae's, other charities and organisations) are all around the country - from Kaitia to Invergargil.
We get individual requests from people all over Aotearoa too - requesting pads, tampons, menstrual cups, period underwear, reuseable underwear, you name it!
Every time you donate to The Period Place, you're helping people get access to the period products they need, and deserve.
About us
The Period Place is the largest menstrual justice charity in Aotearoa, working towards period equity.
We do this through advocacy, outreach, education, promotion and our nationwide period product donation programme.
The Period Place is uniquely suited in Aotearoa to carry out our mahi under our three foundational pillars: conversation, education and access.
Support us to help us eliminate period stigma, provide education, and disposable and reuseable period products nationwide.
Use of funds
Donations to The Period Place go towards our projects in communities around Aotearoa which provide safe spaces, period education (which we are expanding into different delivery methods and languages) and period products (both disposable and reusable).
