To allow two young people from Invercargill and Christchurch respectively to fly to Auckland to take sing at an awareness concert
Nationwide
In April a group of young people living with Tourette Syndrome have been invited to play a gig in Auckland as part of the We Are One concert for Autism awareness.
The young people have been working on original material to sing and play at the gig and are enormously proud of the songs they have come up with.
We had thought the flights for two of young people who live outside of Auckland were being paid for but we have recently learned that this is not the case so are fundraising to get flights from Invercargill to Auckland and Christchurch to Auckland respectively.
We would love your support to get these guys to Auckland so that they can join the other band members.
We offer peer support for children, adults and parents of those with Tourette Syndrome. We also administer a website and provide information services for those with TS as well as schools if necessary.
Funds will be used to cover airfares to and from Christchurch and Invercargill to Auckland and back
