Help our young people get to Life Teen Summer Camp 2022!

For the first time ever, we are excited to be hosting Life Teen Summer Camp 2022 right here in Auckland! This is an incredible 5 day experience for young people, designed to lead them closer to Christ and closer to their parish group.

The costs associated with camp mean that registration is $230 per young person. However, we don't want money to be the barrier that stops any of our young people from participating in this fantastic faith experience.

Can you bring Life to our Teens this summer by making a donation that enables them to attend Life Teen Summer Camp 2022? We're launching this fundraising campaign because we want to subsidise the cost of registrations for at least 50 young people who would otherwise be unable to attend camp.

You can support our young people by making a tax deductible gift through this page to the Bishop – with all proceeds going directly covering the registration costs for our young people to participate in this life-changing summer camp.

“I grew up in the Catholic Church, but I never felt like I had a community in the church until LifeTeen. LifeTeen was my first experience of authentic Christian community outside of my family.

I can say without a doubt that Life Teen Summer Camp has been the most life-changing experience I have ever had and probably will ever have in my entire life. This is because God used LifeTeen to light a fire in my heart for the Lord and His Church and I have never looked back since!

When my parish youth group got back after our first camp in 2015, we started meeting for every month’s first Friday adoration at our church. LifeTeen gifted us a deep love for the Eucharist. We then started to run formation events and ended up using LifeTeen’s resources to help plan our youth nights.

In my mum’s words, we have seen many young people grow ‘from caterpillars into butterflies’ from attending LifeTeen camps over the years. We don’t want money to be a barrier for our young people to have access to this PHENOMENAL opportunity in our very own Diocese of Auckland!
