We help low to middle income families by offering baby and toddler bundles to those that need a little extra help.

It Takes A Village Hub, is a registered charity based in Canterbury.

We started as a pay it forward page and identified very quickly that there was a lack of support for low to middle income families.

The baby bundles were our first offering to help these families, and we have now been making toddler bundles as well for the past 12 months.

Since our bundle offering began in October 2017, we have provided over 225 bundles to families that have found themselves in need of a little extra help.

Our bundles are made up mainly of donations from the members of our village community on Facebook, but we need more help.

Each bundle contains clothing, blankets, bedding, nappies, wipes, bathing products, shoes (toddler bundles), bibs, books, toys, towels, re-usable breast pads, sanitary items, feeding equipment and a lot of other little things that help these families.

We are desperately in need of funds for nappies, wipes, toiletries and sanitary products.

Each bundle is personally made by our team of volunteers, and is specific to each families need.

$2 will buy us a packet of wipes, $12 a packet of nappies, $7 a feeding set, $5 a bottle of body wash, so you can see every donation makes a difference.

We would welcome any offers of sponsorship towards these items too.

About us

About Us

We are more than just a pay it forward group, we are a village, helping one another to grow, and supporting each other through our three Facebook groups.

Our extremely successful groups have over 17,500 members, who interact and support each other with over 2,500 members posting each month and we are still growing!

We provide a safe, non-judgement platform, that is overseen by a group of approx. 40 volunteers – each post is reviewed before being approved to ensure the items being gifted are of a high quality.

Our registered charity provides baby and toddler bundles to families in need, we do not means test anyone who approaches us for help, but we do encourage them to seek help for themselves first within our group.

To provide these bundles we rely on donations from our community, but the demand is heavily outweighing the donations – we need your help to provide the consumable items in these bundles – and it doesn’t have to be much!

Our motto – ‘no one can help everyone, but everyone can help someone.’

Use of funds

Any funds donated will be put towards items that will go directly into the baby and toddler bundles.

Update for Bundles :)   8 August 2019

We hope everyone is staying warm with the cold weather that has returned.

We would like to thank all the people who have donated items towards our bundles so far this year. We have recently had another bundles sorting day and we now have some more awesome bundles for families in need.

We are now in need of these items for future bundles:

-Newborn nappies

-Wipes

-Maternity Pads

-Cardboard Books

If you can help with any of these items please send us a message.

Don't forget: Bundles are a service we offer to help families who have a baby/babies/toddlers.

Many thanks

The ITAV Bundles Team
