Nourish a Week
Nourish a Week is a meaningful way to support Hospice Waikato's Inpatient unit.
Waikato
Every year we look after more than 2,000 patients from all over the Waikato region. Our specialist inpatient unit is open all year-round giving the highest level of palliative care at one of the most difficult times for both the patient and their families.
Every $1,000 raised provides seven days of nourishing, home style meals for patients receiving end-of-life care. By raising $11,000 between now and December 31st we will be able to cover the cost of all these meals until the end of 2026.
About us
Hospice Waikato provides palliative care services and therapeutic support for patients and their families. All services are provided at no charge. Hospice Waikato is home to Rainbow Place, New Zealand's only specialist children's palliative care service.
Use of funds
Every $1,000 raised provides 7 days of nourishing, home style meals for patients receiving end-of-life care. By raising $11,000 between now and December 31st we will be able to cover the cost of all these meals until the end of 2026. Every dollar counts.
