We are early stages of designing an entranceway for our new native plant community nursery near Allen Hill Stadium! We want to have as much input to the design as possible, including design students from Takapuna Grammar School, local kaumātua, and many others on our extended team for the new nursery. We will update this page with designs as we go... but you can contribute now as we are confident with carving artist Natanahira Pona leading us and the work, it will be stunning!

Another push to reach our $6000 goal. 22 May 2023
Natanahira has acquired two large pieces of seasoned rimu from an anonymous donor for a relatively small donation. He then glued them together and has sketched out the design that incorporates a atua, a patiki (flounder), and a tūī, similar to the one in our RTH logo. This design came through several iterations with input from our team to Natanahira - the final carving with have considerable relieve including being carve through in some places.
