Mumsy was unconscious when we rescued her from the mouth of a roaming dog who was throwing her about like a toy. We rushed her to an emergency vet clinic where she was kept alive overnight. In the morning we transferred her to one of our veterinarians to have her severely damaged shoulder and back muscles reconnected. Thanks to the expertise of her surgeon, she survived, recovered and has been under our protection ever since.
During cuddles, we recently noticed Mumsy was quieter, drooling, and a bad odour was coming from her mouth. The estimate to have her much-needed dental done is over $1,000. This will include extractions, IV fluids, a urinalysis, blood testing, oral x-rays, medications, and a post-operative checkup.
We urgently need help to meet Mumsy’s medical costs. Any donations will be greatly appreciated.🙏

Animal Re-homing rescues, rehabilitates and re-homes animals of all species. We run a home-based animal shelter and provide education on de-sexing and welfare issues. We were founded in 2001 and have literally saved thousands of animal lives since then.
