For Baby Loss Awareness Month (October) we are holding a number of events for raising awareness and vital funds. Baby Loss NZ supports families following the death of a baby. Our services 100% free of charge to families, cost us on average $400 per family and we are meeting aprox 200 families a year here in Auckland We are not government funded in anyway. We need YOUR support to help this service running.

I set this charity up almost 10 years ago and will do anything to keep it running. We are in a bad financial position right now and so I'm facing my biggest fear head on and jumping out of a plane.
About us
Providing parents with a care bag containing various memory making materials such as special memory books, inkless hand/footprint kits, certificates of life,candles, a memory box and teddy bears. The free tangible memory making service give families hand and foot castings (frames, on granite and loose) hand/footprints and photographs. We offer parents support group meetings, phone/email support and one on one contact.
Use of funds
The funds raised will go directly into our Active Parenting and Tangible Memory Making Service. Josie and I attend the hospital following baby's death and help families to actively parent their baby, create beautiful tangible memories in the form of hand and foot casts (framed, mounted and lose), hand/footprints and photos. This service is 100% free of charge to families.
