Based around World Prematurity Day (17 Nov), Small Change Big Difference is the 2014 fundraiser for The Neonatal Trust.
Nationwide
It’s our objective to ‘make a difficult start to life that little bit easier’ for neonatal families.
We're asking people to put aside and track down their small change, or make a donation, to help us support the families of premature and sick full-term babies.

1 in 10 babies are born premature in New Zealand. That's over 5,000 babies each year - one born every 90 minutes. Also, many more full-term babies also require specialist care in Neonatal Intensive Care Units (NICUs) due to illness or complications.
In developing the concept, providing flexibility was top of mind. Neonatal parents involved in the development of Small Change Big Difference asked for options to easily contribute in different ways (ie relatives overseas) - hence this givealittle page!
Check out the link above, and the images on this page, to learn how the funds raised will help.
**Please note** If you are trying to donate from overseas and having no luck you can email helpdesk@givealittle.co.nz in order to unblock your international credit card. Some can be initially blocked for security reasons.
10% of babies born in NZ arrive prematurely and many more full-term babies have complications that require specialist care. The Little Miracles Trust exists to provide support to these brave parents.
