DOMESTIC VIOLENCE, BULLYING, and SUICIDE rates are increasing, but all these can be changed if the parents treat their children right.

Auckland

The old parenting is all about rules and discipline but not many parents know why they are doing so and less parents know how the violence parenting will change their children's life.

Parenting is a long journey, we need to learn all the way with our children, changing the way of communication as they grow older, this is very important but not many parents realise this yet.

Therefore we would like to raise funds to run these parenting workshops to help the parents to give their children a better, safer starting point.

Wellbeing Charitable Trust's involvement (page creator)

I started this workshop in 2014 thinking that introducing parenting workshop to the new parents can reduce the postnatal depression rate, however, the more workshop we do, the more work we think that needs to be done, we hope to encourage more parents to come to our workshop to learn about the importance of keeping our children safe, but there are families that need these workshops but can not afford the cost, that's why I hope to use GIVE A LITTLE to raise funds for them to come to our workshops.

About us

Partner with SKIP, it's not OK campaign to provide information and resources for the communities that are relevant to the parents regarding to family harm prevention.

Use of funds

The fund raised will be used to support the families to get help, advice with their parenting experience, helping them to understand why this is important to keep our children safe and how to do that, offer them warm clothes and food is not enough, we hope by doing so can reduce the bullying or teenagers suicide rate in the future.
