Our mission is rescue surplus food in Hawke's Bay and redistribute it within our community.

Hawke's Bay

We are a local non-profit organisation who rescue surplus food and redistribute it to our local Hawke's Bay community.

The team is comprised of committed volunteers whose shared passion is reducing waste and helping others.

Nourished for Nil will not discriminate, judge or label any community member. We receive food for free, we give for free.

About us

At Nourished for Nil we rescue surplus food and share it with everyone in our community, no questions asked. Partnering with social agencies, we also support vulnerable groups by offering food parcels and a dignified shopping experience at our social supermarket.

Use of funds

Fundraising allows us to continue providing a high standard of service at Nourished for Nil.

As a not for profit organisation, we rely on the skills, time, and donations of our community. Any and all donations will be gratefully received.
