1000 Step Ups for Suicide Prevention
I'm aiming to raise $1 for every 2 step ups this Gumboot Friday in honour of my best friend Paige, lost to suicide 10/10/2024.

This cause has always been close to my heart, with a long history of mental health struggles myself but after losing my best friend to suicide this month, the fire in me to support even further is roaring.
This Gumboot Friday I will be completing 1000 Step Ups (onto a 20" Box) with a weighted vest. . In Gumboots. This workout is called "Chad" and is a well known Crossfit workout named and a military personnel lost to suicide.
