A Change Of Course

Hello,

First off I want to Thank You for reviewing my ad. I am 28 years old, a wife and proud mother to that little angel in my profile picture. Nova💕 A little background, I have been overweight all my teenage and adult life. No excuses, I’ve just always struggled with my weight. After 8 years of trying to conceive, my husband and I were blessed to begin fostering Nova, and were able to adopt her April of 2020. 😇 My goal is to become the healthiest I can to see all of her proudest moments in life. If you’re wondering, yes, I’ve tried exercising and even tried changing my eating habits. On my journey to get surgery I have yet to be diagnosed of any underlying issues, but do have family history of sorts that could play a factor. Personally I have had two knee surgeries that do hinder my physical abilities from time to time. But I am still determined to succumb and get fit ! Unfortunately through both my husbands and I employers, bariatric surgery is not covered and I’ve for the past two years to find a way around getting approval, but have needn’t denied each time. Thorough out the course I’ve spoken to some affordable surgeons and with partial coverage for some the procedure we have a goal !

I know we are in the middle of pandemic and times are hard for us all, if you can simply share my story maybe your contribution can help me reach my goal.
