In March 2017 I will be running a full marathon in Antarctica to raise funds for Frame Works, a charity art exhibition and auction.

In March 2017 I will be travelling to Antarctica to run a marathon, and will be aiming to raise funds for Frame Works. Antarctica will be the seventh continent on which I have run a marathon, and likely to be the toughest race, with cold temperatures, fierce weather and an arduous journey just to reach the start.
Frame Works is an art exhibition and auction that will raise funds for the Asylum Seekers Support Trust (ASST). ASST provides emergency support for asylum seekers and their families as they seek to create a new life for themselves in New Zealand.
I would very much welcome your donations towards Frame Works, it will be a fabulous art event and ASST is a worthy recipient of the ultimate proceeds.
Thanks so much,
Tracy
I am involved because I am treasurer of ASST, project co-ordinator for Frame Works, and I care about the asylum seekers who need help in New Zealand.
ASST provides basic human needs such as accommodation, food, accessing medical care, education for children and English language classes, to people who are seeking protection in New Zealand while they go through the legal process of applying to have their refugee status recognised.
