Too many mums can’t afford groceries. Help Fair Food fill mum’s fridge this Mother’s Day.
Avondale, Auckland
Mother’s Day is a time for mums to be celebrated and pampered. But, for too many mums, it is another day of trying to scrape together a family meal without the support they need.
Thousands of kiwi mums go without food each week to ensure that their children have enough to eat. Hunger is an invisible problem, but it’s happening all around us. Seven percent of households go a day or more without eating because they’ve run out of food at home.
For just $10, you can provide a week’s worth of groceries for a mother who needs them.
Fair Food aims to fill the pantries of 300 mums, so they have one less thing to worry about this Mother’s Day. We partner with transitional housing, domestic violence shelters, and social service groups to deliver fresh health food, so mum can rest.

We can help 450 mums 10 May 2023
Our community is incredible! We've set aside some chocolate and other nice items to add to the kai packs. Thanks to your generosity, we can help even more mothers relax and enjoy a nice meal on Sunday. We're going to stretch to help 450 mums by Sunday.
