We provide unwavering support to those with special needs through dance movement and arts therapy.

Nationwide

Dance & Arts Therapy NZ, a charitable organisation, has positively impacted thousands of Kiwis each year since 2013 through creative-based therapies, helping over 18,000 individuals.

Our powerful therapy promotes physical, mental and emotional well-being and is accessible to both tamariki and adults, with a primary focus on those with disabilities, mental health challenges, at-risk communities and survivors of sexual trauma.

The demand for our essential services is growing, but we lack the necessary funding. To sustain our community support, we need your help.

We aim to raise funds to maintain existing programmes and introduce new ones where needed across Aotearoa New Zealand.

Your donation will keep our programmes running and extend our reach, inspiring personal growth, self-connection and positive change in the lives of those we serve.

Together, we can make a profound impact on our communities and empower individuals to lead happier, healthier lives.

2% Effective Fee
On average, fundraisers pay just 2% to use Givealittle. This is one of the lowest effective fees in New Zealand fundraising. We charge a 5% platform fee to cover the cost of running the platform. Because most donors choose to top up their donation to cover this fee, the effective cost paid by fundraisers is about 2%. That means around 98 cents of every dollar raised goes to the cause.
