With the support of our community Cultivate grows skills and provides meaningful work experience for young people.

Cultivate Christchurch's new programme! We are focusing on exposing youth who are beneficiaries with mental illness to outdoor employment and careers. We aim to develop each persons confidence, awareness and an understanding of work in the natural world.
