HELP US CONTINUE TO HELP OTHERS🙏

Wanganui East, Whanganui

Our mission statement " putting unity into community to alleviate poverty ". To keep our doors open we fundraise by way of garage sale, market and holding stalls at community fairs. We also have a few sausage sizzle events during the year. This sometimes is not enough and we need your help to cover our costs to get us through. These costs include, lease, rates , power , maintenance, building repairs, van costs, food for our foodbank, and at times paying for motel rooms for our vulnerable to be safe until other organizations can help. As we are not funded we do rely on the generosity of our community to support the growing need of assistance that is increasing with the ongoing spike in the cost of living. We are all feeling it and we must stick together ❤ this account is for any support with our daily running costs. Thank you from the team 🥰

2% Effective Fee
On average, fundraisers pay just 2% to use Givealittle. This is one of the lowest effective fees in New Zealand fundraising. We charge a 5% platform fee to cover the cost of running the platform. Because most donors choose to top up their donation to cover this fee, the effective cost paid by fundraisers is about 2%. That means around 98 cents of every dollar raised goes to the cause.
