KIWI K.A.R.E is providing critical Aid and Refugee Evacuation services to the people of Ukraine.
The people of Ukraine are under siege. Help us do what Kiwi's do best: use our practical skills and can-do attitude to make a positive difference.
Fourteen million Ukrainians have been displaced, with half this number believed to be internally displaced within Ukraine. Many are unable to get away from the suffering and trauma of constant attacks.
KIWI K.A.R.E (Kiwi Aid & Refugee Evacuation) needs to raise money to fund vehicles, and purchase supplies and equipment to run a 24-month operation.
We are delivering food, sanitary products for women, nappies, toys for children, medicine and medical equipment, trauma kits and defibrillators, pet supplies (for the thousands of displaced animals) and much more.
We are also providing evacuation services for Internally Displaced Persons (IDPβs) from troubled areas.
KIWI K.A.R.E is a registered New Zealand Charitable Organisation and is led by Tenby Powell. With over three decades of military service in the NZ Army, a successful business career and service on government boards, Tenby is funding his own way while in situ in Ukraine and now seeks help with sustainable funding for Kiwi K.A.R.E.
βMany have lost everything. The supplies we deliver are essential for those remaining in Ukraine and for those we assist with evacuation. Without a new van the entire operation stops. We travel thousands of kilometres each week and we need to maintain this high operational tempo.β
Thank you for your generous support.
Tenby Powell

Kiwi K.A.R.E (Kiwi Aid & Refugee Evacuation) is operating in Ukraine delivering essential supplies and evacuating civilians from dangerous areas.
Money raised will go directly on operations, the establishment of a HQ, purchase of a van to deliver much needed goods, food, medicine - and to provide evacuations. No money will be used to fund administration or team wages; we are covering our own costs.
Russia is Not Winning The War in Ukraine 20 March 2025
The truth has been hard to find since Russia launched their illegal war of aggression in Ukraine in February 2022.
Such is the prowess of their propaganda machine.
Now, following the geopolitical volatility post the U.S. elections, and the Trump
administration refusing to acknowledge Russia as the provocateur in the war, itβs pretty much impossible to sift fact from orchestrated fiction.
So, I encourage those who are truly interested in understanding the dynamics of the war to watch this video by past SEAL Team 6 Squadron Commander, Chuck Pfarrer.
For those who have attended one of my, now over, sixty presentations around New Zealand and Australia, on our work with Kiwi K.A.R. E in Ukraine, you will know I have opened each speech with the words, βI believe Ukraine can win this war and I encourage you to hold this belief tooβ.
I maintain this assertion today and, moreover, believe Russia is at a culminating point given the staggering losses it has sustained in both personnel and material. The attached video breaks this down in exacting detail.
But it is now up to Europe, with support from those counties who value freedom and democracy, to step-up and enable Ukraine to win.
As always, thank you for your ongoing support to Kiwi K.A.R.E and our important humanitarian work. ππ
Thank you, Ben. Your generosity and support is greatly appreciated. Your donation will ensure we are able to continue our work supporting Ukrainianβs in the Red Zones. ππ
Thank you so much, Lou. This period of time is all about survival, with continued attacks on health and energy infrastructure happening constantly. This means hundreds of hospitals and healthcare facilities are no longer fully operational, lacking fuel, water, and electricity to meet basic needs. Your generous donation and support is greatly appreciated. ππ
Thank you, Richard. Kiwi K.A.R.E remains very committed to helping Ukrainians in need and we could not do this without your support. ππ
Thank you, Campbell. Your support is greatly appreciated and it enables us to continue our important work delivering humanitarian aid to Ukrainians in need. ππ
Thank you so much, Jon. We will be forever grateful to you and many hundreds of New Zealanders who have kept the Kiwi K.A.R.E wheels rolling in support of Ukrainians. ππ
