Help us cover Mitzy's dental costs. So far there are 3 appointments at $800 each.

Mitzy is one of our oldest dogs and one of only two in a Forever Foster home, where she will live out her days being loved and spoilt.

At her age and greying colours, Mitzy suffers from a variety of lumps and bumps, dental issues and early signs of kidney problems.

This doesn't stop her hooning around like a 2yo though!

Mitzy requires some extensive, and expensive, dental work done however with her kidney problems it has to be done over several visits as she cant be under for too long.

She has already had one visit, has one booked for next week and there will be at least one more after that. And these are all at $800 each.

About us

The Dog Rescue Project are an Auckland dog rescue that work with owners of life-chained, neglected and/or abused dogs to help improve their lives, and provide the tools so they can become responsible dog owners. We are a team of nationwide volunteers who educate and empower these owners to help improve their dogs living conditions.

We also rehabilitate and rehome any dogs relinquished into our care, along with working closely with many Council Animal Shelters and SPCA across New Zealand.

We believe in helping ANY dog we can, no matter the size, breed or situation.

We are predominantly based in Auckland, however can help nationwide.

Use of funds

Help us cover the costs of Mitzy's trips to the dentist. And funds raised over this will go towards costs for her ongoing Kidney issues & other lumps and bumps.
