Lifeline is asking Kiwis to make NZ an even better place where we look out for each other and it's ok to ask for help.

Donate the cost of a cup of coffee today to Lifeline Aotearoa and help Jono and Ben spread the word to Kiwis that no one will think less of you if you ask for help.
After losing one of his best mates, presenter Jono Pryor made a heartfelt plea for everyone to reach out and ask for support.
Jono’s brave public comments were all it took for several people to reach out. “This is all I needed,” said one of the callers to Lifeline Aotearoa. Let’s continue to help more than 120,000 New Zealanders each year with this lifesaving support service that receives no government funding.
Donate the value of a cup of coffee today and post your support on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat or LinkedIn letting your whanau know it’s ok to ask for help. Using the hashtags #here4you and #lifelineaotearoa your post will appear on the website noonethinkslessofyou.co.nz along with other New Zealanders who have pledged their support.
Get behind this campaign to make sure everyone in New Zealand knows of at least one person that would not think no less of them for asking for help.
Lifeline Aotearoa is a nationwide charity which provides free and confidential support to people in crisis.
Our services include 0800 LIFELINE (543 354), text support - HELP (4357), Suicide Crisis Helpline (0508 TAUTOKO), Specialist Counselling, Suicide PreventionTraining and 0800 Kidsline - a dedicated helpline for children and young people (0800 54 37 54).
Lifeline Aotearoa has been helping New Zealanders in crisis for over 50 years. It’s free community helplines (Lifeline 24/7, Suicide Crisis Helpline, Kidsline) are answered by volunteers and paid staff from call centres in Auckland and Christchurch. Lifeline Aotearoa receives no government funding for these helplines so relies on the public to be able to answer calls.
Talking about her problems really helped 10 July 2017
We recently heard from a caller who said that talking about her problems has really helped her.
Over the years she’s called Lifeline a handful of times – sometimes she’s gone years without calling, other times she’s called more. She said she doesn’t know what she’d do without Lifeline being there - “sometimes when I’m freaking out, I just need a short call with someone and it makes a world of difference”.
Thank you so much for making this possible! It would be really great if you could share this link (https://givealittle.co.nz/cause/nolessofyou) with your friends and family and ask them to get involved - the more support we get, the more people we're able to help.
Thank you so such for your donation Brenna, we really appreciate it!
