Tiffany has now had thyroid surgery which has been a huge success. She has had her damaged tooth extracted & she is recovering well. She has been groomed and had the matts shaved off along her spine, making her walk with ease now. Tiffany is very affectionate despite being left outside to survive in Queenstowns freezing cold temperatures.
QCR helps reduce the stray cat numbers by advocating the desexing of all cats & kittens. We are a strict NO KILL charity, we have NO paid staff we rely solely on volunteers, fundraising and donations
Update for 25/06/2013 25 June 2013
Hi everyone, thank you so much for your support, it has been amazing to see how much you have all pitched in to help by donating toward Tiffany's vetinerary treatment and surgery. We have now reached our target!! For that we are extremely grateful. Tiffany is recovering very well from her surgery. She is eating well without any discomfort now that her broken tooth has been extracted - so no more nerve pain. She is a lot more settled & a lot less anxious since having her thyroid operated on. Tiffany has now gone to her new home with long time local - Artist, Jan in Frankton. Jan has given us an update saying how quickly and easily Tiffany has settled in to her new home & she has proven to be the best of company!!!
