Through creativity, mindfulness and yoga, NRT walks with kids that most have turned their backs on, as they transition into adulthood.
Our one-to-one mentoring projects match up rangatahi with top creative talent of Aotearoa. Through intensive workshops each partnership creates a collaborative work based on the experience and cultural identity of the rangatahi. Through creativity rangatahi learn to re-think their life experience through visual arts and theatre. The personal development the rangatahi make during this time is nothing short of extraordinary.
Nga Rangatahi Toa is an award winning arts-mentoring organisation focused on empowering youth who have been excluded from the mainstream education system, through creativity and mindfulness.
