Harness Heroes: A nationwide charity for babies and children with Hip Dysplasia.
Nationwide
Harness Heroes is a nationwide charity. We have been operating for 2.5 years supporting families who have babies and children with Hip Dysplasia.
We offer support, resources and clothing to help with this tricky time and have just finished writing a book to be given out to paitents when diagnosed at hospitals around New Zealand.
Keep an eye on this page over the month of February as pictures of our heroes pop up and you can see the good that we do.
Our Gallery has:
Aylee in her harness
Catherine and Brendon (twins) in their harnesses
And a group of our Wellington/Palmerston North Heroes and their family at the Family Fun day fundraiser that we held earlier this month. They had just been "caped" in our caping ceremony. :)
One of our Mums Nadia wearing her wee girl who was in a cast.
More photos to come of braces and spica cast heroes also.
I am the founder of Harness Heroes. I run this charity with the support of my Husband, family and friends.
