Help buy medicine for children and pregnant mothers in South Sudan

Nationwide

Hey guys! We are Jono & Destinee Macleod, Kiwi doctors who have been volunteering for In Deed and Truth Ministries in South Sudan since 2014. In the past 3 years the number of patients seen in our clinic in South Sudan has tripled, from 14,000 in 2014 to 42,000 in 2017. With this tripling of patient numbers, has also come soaring costs of funding the program and keeping it affordable for our patients. Currently we only charge 10 cents per person, as most of our patients are desperately poor.

So Kiwis for South Sudan have kindly agreed to fundraise $30,000 to help buy medicines for our clinic this year! A course of malaria treatment for a child only costs 50 cents, and a course of antibiotics for a child with pneumonia costs 70 cents. So every dollar counts!
