In 2024, one of our team members will be leading a project in partnership with Givealittle to turn the Generosity Generator into a free, self-paced online course. A release date for the course is yet to be decided.

About Us

The Funding Network NZ (TFN NZ) was a small national charity focused on strengthening the capacity of small, Kiwi grassroots charities and inspiring generosity!

Since 2014, they supported over 200 charities with training, provided over $40k in pro-bono support, and helped 167 charities raise a collective total of over $1.5 million.

In early 2022 they piloted the ‘Generosity Generator’, a nationwide online fundraising training programme, specifically designed for small Kiwi charities. The programme taught small charities the essentials of how to create, promote and run a successful crowdfunding campaign. It also provided a unique opportunity to practice these and raise vital funds in a 12 day crowdfunding campaign on Givealittle.

TFN NZ were partnered with Chorus, Givealittle and New Zealand Media & Entertainment (NZME) to deliver the Generosity Generator.
