Wellington Bird Rehabilitation Trust works to rehabilitate & care for sick, injured & orphaned birds in the Wellington area & beyond.

Wellington

Kererū, pigeons, seagulls, Tuis and many other flighted birds will be calling these new purpose-built aviaries home until they are fit for release! Can you help us with funds to help complete the build of these important new aviaries? Before safely releasing rescue birds back into the wild, these much needed aviaries will house many birds and our amazing staff and volunteers will encourage them to try out their wings to make sure the healing and rehabilitation process is finalised and a successful return to the wild viable for each and every bird.
