Sarah Lilli Fund

$5,150 of $3,000 goal
Given by 66 generous donors in 10 weeks

Sponsor Paddy to help children in need through the Sarah Lilli Fund.

Nationwide

Set up with Barnardos, this Fund is to remember Sarah after her death and to give children the kinds of creative, sporting and social opportunities that she had. Over 1000 children have been helped already.

Sarah’s dad Paddy is taking on the tough Lake Taupo Cycle Challenge on 29 November – this will be his third time doing the full 160 kilometres. Please support his efforts so more children can join in with their peers and enjoy activities they love doing.

About us

For 60 years, we’ve been part of communities throughout the motu. Today, our mahi across social services, early learning services contributes to Barnardos’ vision of ‘an Aotearoa where every child shines bright’.

We advocate to drive change at the systems-level, so that national laws, policies, practices, and institutions meet the needs of all children and tamariki, and respect, protect and uphold their rights.

We offer early learning services to all under-fives, to create strong foundations for children’s educational and life outcomes.

We provide social support services to children and whānau in our communities facing really tough times – including those who have experienced family violence, addiction, neglect and abuse, and those struggling with mental health issues.

Every day, we’re making a positive, long-lasting difference in children's lives.
