I have been given a rare opportunity to receive dance training in Europe and the USA as well as compete at the UDO world championship
Bay of Plenty
Hi Everyone,
My name is Ethan
I have been dancing from the age of 10 and I am now 16. I have studied dance with Urban Dance since 2009 and wish to pursue my dream which is to be an international dancer. I have been teaching community classes and workshops and I keep striving to better my craft and dance style.
I now have been given a rare opportunity to be coached and trained at one of the worlds most prestigious training camps in Germany; Urban Dance Camp. The UDC offers an incredible way of learning and experiencing new things. The training is for a week and It is a great privilege to be selected for this opportunity.
I now have to try and raise enough money that will help me with flights, accommodation and training fees.
Every little bit will help.
Your generosity is very much appreciated.
Thank you.
The Trust seeks to present opportunities to empower youth by using dance as a vehicle for personal development, achievement, hauora (physical, mental, social and spiritual health and well being) work ethics, life lessons, leadership and team skills. Research confirms that youth benefit from being involved in this positive dance scene, which gives them a sense of belonging and identity.
The funds will cover the events costs and registration fees, workshop and classes, flights and accommodation.
