HELP! we need more funds to continue rescuing and desexing cats & kittens

$3,206 of $20,000 goal
Given by 43 generous donors in around 3 months

We urgently need to funds to desex fosters in our care and finish current urgent rescues

Auckland

This season has been horrendous and we can't see a light at the end of the tunnel 🙀

Our vet bills for December were over $15000 (picture attached of proof). Our bank account currently at $5500💵💵💵

We also have over 200 cats in care with 95 yet to desex, vaccinate and chip which cost another $12600💵💵

Desexing animals is the number one way to reduce the cycle of breeding and over population and help prevent any pain, suffering and loss of life!

WE STILL HAVE 4 URGENT PROJECTS YET TO COMPLETE:

1. In Manurewa, 10 kittens saved from one property, more adults to go. All were sick with flu, one has had eye removed, some adults had health issues we couldn't save😭.

2. -At a property in Glen Innes, we've saved 16 kittens & cats. All sick, one lost an eye, two had to be euthanised from horrendous injuries. 7-10 more to rescue/TNR😭.

3. 6 kittens & 2 adults have been rescued in Blockhouse Bay after being abused by kids throwing them on ground and at car😡. 3 adults yet to remove. 2 saved died as result of abuse 💔. Spca investigating abuse

4. in Penrose, an industrial site has been leaving out rat bait. 17 saved so far, not wild so suspect were dumped at some point.😡. 10-20 more to save including little babies & not allowed access. Waiting on spca to help

Without extra funds these urgent rescues jobs will have to be paused!! Which means more could be born or die unnecessarily

We have done these jobs without financial or physical rescue assistance of SPCA & previous grant funds used.
