The situation in Gaza has reached crisis point, the death toll rises daily and families have nowhere to flee. Compounding the distress, Gaza's closed borders have made humanitarian access all but impossible, leaving families lost, abandoned and without the basics needed to survive.

Despite these monumental challenges, ReliefAid is delivering aid in Gaza.

As we have done in other conflicts, ReliefAid is bringing support where it is needed most. Leveraging our established networks on the ground, we have deployed a team within Gaza to deliver life-saving aid directly to families.

Right now, we’re delivering safe drinking water to over 2,000 people in Gaza every day, around 60,000 people each month.

Our water is sourced from boreholes within Gaza, treated at desalination plants, and taken directly in tankers to displacement camps - so we can continue delivering water during the blockade.

Tragically, 8 of our 10 team members in northern Gaza have been killed. Our team in the south have survived so far but have lost homes, family members and are living in tented camps, yet they continue their work every day to keep families alive.

Gaza Still Needs Safe Drinking Water 22 July 2026

Thanks to your support, since the start of 2026, we have been able to provide clean water to almost half a million people in Gaza.

With access to safe drinking water all but destroyed, families in Gaza are relying on organisations like ReliefAid for one of life's most basic necessities. Every day, our team on the ground works tirelessly to deliver clean, safe drinking water to communities with nowhere else to turn.
