Kawerau SPCA is inviting donations to help pay for surgery on a dog that needs immediate attention. It has an anal mass that is oozing and bleeding and must be attended to surgically. We are wanting to raise $700. Anything that people are able to give would be deeply appreciated. Thank you.

The Kawerau SPCA - Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals - is a non profit organisation that encourages the humane treatment of animals, and rehomes/cares for abandoned and abused animals, relying solely on donations/sponsorship and volunteers.

The dog that urgently needed surgery to remove an anal mass, has had the surgery and is recovering well. Thank you again to all the people who donated to help pay for the operation. We were humbled to receive some very generous donations, and we are deeply grateful. Thank you.
