Bay of Plenty
Mack arrived at our centre on the 12th September. He has an injured hind leg which requires amputation. We are appealing to the public for funds to help pay for his surgery. Mack has an exceptionally nice nature and has been described as a ‘quiet gentleman. If anyone would like to help give this boy a second chance we would sincerely appreciate it. We will need about $700 for Mack's treatment. Currently Mack is on painkillers and being kept comfortable.Thank you on behalf of Mack.
Kawerau SPCA cares for abused, abandoned and injured animals. We depend on the generosity of the public to do this as we have limited volunteers and extremely limited fundraising opportunities.

Mack's Homing Day 19 December 2015
Kawerau SPCA is very pleased to announce that Mack went off to his forever home today. We would like to thank all the donors who helped enable that to happen. It's been a long haul for this dog but he's finally got back to wellness and will now have the happy future he deserves.
On behalf of Mack, Thank you very much! We are so thrilled to have the support of kind people like yourself to help us.
