Gifts of Joy: Fund Birthday Presents for War-Orphaned Children in Ukraine 🇺🇦💛💙

Directly support Ukrainian children who tragically lost parents – combatants and civilians - to the war of Moscow (the Russian Federation) against Ukraine.

This fundraiser’s goal is to cover cost of birthday presents for five children.

It carries the warmth of love, the promise of brighter days, and the affirmation that their joy is not forgotten. Your contribution to a birthday present is a powerful gesture that tells these resilient young hearts they are cherished. Our donations target, less the fundraising platform and bank fees ($65 and $12, respectfully), is equivalent of the children’s direct assistance value in Ukrainian currency (UAH) as on 25 December 2023, being UAH 28,500.

When the goal is achieved,

• in Ukraine, charity Children of Heroes, whom we are working closely with, suggests children to support, alike four children we have already been supporting (e.g. Veronica https://givealittle.co.nz/cause/help-veronica-thrive-children-of-ukraine), and

• we review invoices or receipts to ensure your donations are distributed as per the purpose, and

• the funds are passed to the charity to pay for the children’s birthday presents.

All money you donate, less 6.3% of third parties' fees, are spent to support the child.
