Empower Healing: Fund Psychological Support for War-Orphaned Children in Ukraine 🇺🇦💛💙

Directly support Ukrainian children who tragically lost parents – combatants and civilians - to the war of Moscow (the Russian Federation) against Ukraine.

This fundraiser’s goal is to cover cost of counselling for two children.

Trained professionals provide children a safe space for emotional expression, aiding in the healing process and offering coping mechanisms. By contributing, you empower these young hearts to navigate the complexities of war-induced trauma, fostering emotional well-being and guiding them toward recovery, hope, and renewed strength in the face of profound grief. Our donations target, less the fundraising platform and bank fees ($91 and $17, respectfully), is equivalent of the children’s direct assistance value in Ukrainian currency (UAH) as on 25 December 2023, being UAH 40,000.

When the goal is achieved,

• in Ukraine, charity Children of Heroes, whom we are working closely with, suggests children to support, alike four children we have already been supporting (e.g. Veronica https://givealittle.co.nz/cause/help-veronica-thrive-children-of-ukraine), and

• we review invoices or receipts to ensure your donations are distributed as per the purpose, and

• the funds are passed to the charity to pay for the children’s counselling.

All money you donate, less 6.3% of third parties' fees, are spent to support the child.
