Empower Resilience: Fund Sports for War-Orphaned Children in Ukraine 🇺🇦💛💙

Directly support Ukrainian children who tragically lost parents – combatants and civilians - to the war of Moscow (the Russian Federation) against Ukraine.

This fundraiser’s goal is to cover cost of sports activities for three children during a year.

In the wake of losing a parent to Moscow's war against Ukraine, engaging in sports becomes a powerful catalyst for healing and resilience for the affected child. Beyond promoting physical well-being, sports instill discipline, teamwork, and emotional strength, fostering a sense of purpose and camaraderie. Participation in athletic activities offers a constructive outlet for grief, aiding in the emotional recovery process. Join us in making a difference today.

Our donations target, less the fundraising platform and bank fees ($82 and $15, respectfully), is equivalent of the children’s direct assistance value in Ukrainian currency (UAH) as on 25 December 2023, being UAH 36,000.

When the goal is achieved,

• in Ukraine, charity Children of Heroes, whom we are working closely with, suggests children to support, alike four children we have already been supporting (e.g. Mykyta https://givealittle.co.nz/cause/help-mykyta-thrive-children-of-ukraine), and

• we review invoices or receipts to ensure your donations are distributed as per the purpose, and

• the funds are passed to the charity to pay for the children’s sports activities.

All money you donate, less 6.3% of third parties' fees, are spent to support the child.
