The Waihao Warriors are back for 2024….and they are keen to defend their 2023 title!

This pair of soccer mad, die hard dirt bike riders are going to dig deep and give it their all in the Big Easy school teams challenge, 2024.

Charlie will be cutting shapes in the 7km bike and George will be carving it up on the 5km run.

Get behind these mighty warriors in their quest to raise money for Waihao Downs School and earn themselves an ice cold Juicie at the finish line.

About us

The Waimate Rotary Club runs the Whitehorse Challenge, with teams raising funds for local and regional charities, while testing their athletic skills!

Use of funds

75% of all funds raised will go directly to Waihao Downs School. The remainder will help support Sports Waimate, Centrecare Counselling, Waimate School of Music, Waimate Rotary Club, and the Whitehorse MTB Club.
