Help Us Rescue Cats and Kittens In Need!

The Lonely Miaow Association rescue team actively rescues and cares for stray and abandoned cats and kittens in Auckland. In addition to our own volunteer team, we also loan out free humane cat traps to members of the public who also help us to save cats and kittens from a life of starvation and disease.

At the moment, we only have 33 traps for ALL throughout Auckland - some with our rescue teams, some with members of the public. When one is returned, it is almost immediately loaned out again, and there is a long list of people waiting!

So for this reason, we would like to purchase additional humane-traps to assist in rescuing. After weeks of trialling and testing in real rescue situations, our volunteers have finally determined excellent quality traps that would be worthwhile to purchase. Each trap costs $140.00 and we'd love to get as many as we can!
