We need your help to provide a life saving and life changing operation for Jasmine.
Auckland
Meet Princess Jasmine.
Just after Christmas, Lonely Miaow collected a litter of teeny, tiny kittens from an after-hours clinic in Auckland. These kittens were so young and small that they needed urgent help. One of our incredible foster homes stepped up to help.
One of these kittens was Jasmine who has had one of her rear feet chewed off. We suspect this is a result of her umbilical cord being wrapped about her leg and which Mum mistakingly ate whilst cleaning her up at birth.
As we had a similar situation a couple of years ago (some of you may remember Ariel), and our specialist vet has advised it's best to remove this stump once she's big enough as it's prone to infection. In the meantime, we are doing our best with antibiotics and keeping her surroundings soft to keep her stump protected.
We need your help to provide this life saving and life changing operation for Jasmine. Jasmine's surgical costs, as well as her current and post operative medication, are approximately $1200.
Can you help Jasmine?
* Please note we are not taking any adoption interest for Jasmine at this time.
