Cancelling donations or pledges

Once you have made a donation it cannot be cancelled. There are, however, a couple of exceptions where we will return donation funds:

• If we are not able to forward the donation to the page owner for any reason (e.g. their bank account rejects the payment)

• If the page owner rejects the donation (e.g. some organisations do not accept donations from businesses)
